General
The terms and conditions between ChiSpirit Health Center and the purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, are governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions. By using our website, the Customer accepts them in full. Orders are binding as soon as the order has been confirmed in writing. These General Terms and Conditions are valid from January 2021.
Delivery
The products, if in stock, will be shipped by mail within two working days after receipt of payment. If individual products are not in stock or no longer available, the customer will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.
Prices
The prices listed are in Swiss francs. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs (postage CHF 12.00), packaging material (CHF 3.80) will be charged to the customer via registered mail (CHF 2.00). The shipping costs are indicated when you place your order and are shown on the order confirmation.
Payment
Payment can be made via Paypal, e-banking or cash at the Health Center.
Self-collection
We are happy to hand over your ordered goods personally and ask you to inform us about the best time for you so that we can arrange a suitable date with you.
Complaints and returns
We consider complaints and returns within eight days after receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. In case of manufacturing defects or wrongly delivered items, we will replace the goods as soon as possible. As a rule, the customer will receive a credit note for the goods.
Place of performance and jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising is Zurich, Switzerland. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
